The Higher Education Sprout Project will center on the principle of "Innovative Teaching and Integration of Learning and Application." It aims to enhance the balanced development of the three educational objectives in university education—cognition, skills, and attitudes. The project seeks to cultivate students' fundamental and professional competencies by equipping them with specialized knowledge, advanced technical skills, and a positive mindset.Through the coordinated efforts of sub-projects, including "Teaching Innovation and Advancement," "Fulfilling Social Responsibility," "Industry-Academia Collaboration," and "Enhancing Higher Education Public Value," the project will leverage the extensive resources of Ming Chuan University’s 140,000 alumni. It will fully promote alliances between the university, colleges, departments, and industries to ensure that higher education integrates sufficient industry knowledge and resources.Key strategies include:

Additionally, all English courses in the first two years will be taught by foreign instructors. Integrated courses combining corporate internships and industry-focused projects will serve as a capstone for pre-graduation learning assessments.Through these efforts, the university aims to realize the vision of "Innovative Teaching and Integration of Learning and Application," equipping students with global perspectives and strong employment competitiveness. Graduates are expected to become core industry leaders within five years of graduation in fields such as management and marketing, digital media, information technology, biotechnology, creative design, tourism, and recreation. The project seeks to cultivate exceptional talents in industry practices, innovative living, and global careers, contributing to national and societal development.
